An international girl group project founded by Eri Zen, bringing together four vocalists and opening its doors to creative talent from around the world.
Music Producers
Work on the creation and development of original music, from building instrumentals and experimenting with sounds to shaping arrangements and helping establish the musical direction of each project.
Video Editors
Edit and develop video content for music projects, promotional campaigns and social platforms. Work with footage, pacing, transitions and visual effects to create engaging content that fits the project's overall aesthetic
Songwriters & Lyricists
Develop original songs, write lyrics and explore melodies, themes and concepts. Collaborate with other creatives to develop ideas into complete songs that reflect the identity of each project.
Creative Directors
Contribute to the overall vision and creative direction of projects, helping develop concepts and bringing together music, visuals and ideas. Work with different members of the creative team to ensure each project has a clear and consistent identity.
Vocalist Auditions
Bring your own vocal style, musical influences and creative personality to ÉTHER's first international girl group project. Work alongside other members to develop original music, explore different sounds and help shape the group's identity, both musically and creatively.
Mixing & Mastering Engineers
Work on the technical and final stages of music production, balancing individual elements, refining audio quality and preparing finished tracks for release. Help ensure each song sounds cohesive and polished.
Social Media Managers
Help manage ÉTHER's online presence, plan and organise content, and develop ways to introduce projects to new audiences. Work on content scheduling, platform presentation and maintaining a consistent identity across social media.
Graphic Designers
Develop artwork, promotional graphics, typography and other visual materials for ÉTHER and its artist projects. Help create a recognisable visual identity that carries across digital platforms and promotional content.
